The Room Prices 

I advertise my rooms on different websites that offer different possibilities. They all charge different fees making the prices sometimes rise to a very high price.
You can choose to book on one of the websites or directly to me. This are the base prices that you will pay when booking directly.

Room Upstairs - from € 90,00 per night for 2 pers.
Room Downstairs - from € 80,00 per night for 2 pers.
Cleaning fee - € 25,00 per stay
City/tourist tax -10% of the room fee
Breakfast € 10,00 per day per person (need to know 24 hours before check in)

Children until 4 years are free, but please note that only 1 child will be free per 2 paying adults.
Children 4 to 12 years get 25% discount. Please ask before booking.
